Elena has over twenty years experience leading research engagements. Her research initiatives have spanned a number of industries, including Consumer Goods & Services, Internet & Ecommerce, New Media, Leisure & Hospitality, Advertising & Public Relations, Telecommunications, Professional Services, and Financial Services.
At Consilium, Elena works with the Principals to codify clients’ search needs and develop cohesive search strategies that will accelerate the successful outcome of each search. Her responsibilities include identifying target industries, companies, and executives for each search; maintaining the firm’s proprietary database; and managing the relationships with subscription database providers.
Elena also ran her own consulting firm and earlier in her career was the Director of Research for the Southern California offices of Russell Reynolds Associates from 1989 to 1991. There she was responsible for creating and implementing the research and recruiting efforts on all searches originating from the Southern California offices.
From 1985 to 1989, Elena was the Director of Research and a Vice President at A-L Associates in New York.
Elena received her bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She has served on the board of the New York Executive Search Roundtable and was a co-founder and President of the Southern California Executive Search Roundtable. |
