Hank is a seasoned executive having held a number of Sales, Marketing and General Management leadership positions over the course of a 20+ year career, during which he conducted dozens of searches in building high performing teams. He has managed P&L's for consumer and business-to-business companies with revenues ranging from less than $5 million in start-up environments to more than $650 million in larger corporate settings.
Before starting his career in search, Hank was the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and Vice President of several middle-market companies - Imagitas (direct marketer and wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes), Catapult Thinking (design consultancy) and Copyright Clearance Center (provider of copyright licensing solutions). In these roles, he drove top-line growth through new product development, initiated international expansion efforts and created scalable infrastructures.
Hank also led early stage companies, serving as President & CEO of Experion Solutions (eCRM solutions provider) and Senior Vice President & General Manager of Myway.com/CMGI (an online media company). His accomplishments included signing first customers, accelerating revenue growth and significantly reducing costs.
Earlier in his career, Hank held leadership positions with a number of blue-chip Fortune 500 companies including Vice President & General Manager of Polaroid Corporation's $650 million Consumer Imaging division, where he reinvigorated growth through global new product introductions. He has also held key management positions with NYNEX (now Verizon), IBM and Procter & Gamble, where he was honored as a "Top 100 Marketer" by Advertising Age magazine for restoring a well-known brand to market share leadership.
Hank holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Marketing and MIS from Fordham University. He serves on the board of advisors of Mindcircuit, Inc., (staffing and placement) and on the board of directors of the Hamilton Wenham Youth Soccer Association. He lives on the north shore of Massachusetts with his wife and three daughters and is actively involved coaching youth sports.
